GF Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 cups gluten-free chocolate cookie crumbs
- cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cups heavy whipping cream
- cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted
- cup chopped peanuts optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Melt the butter and mix it with the cookie crumbs in a bowl
Cover the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish with the dough
Put it away for 30 minutes
Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla, peanut butter, and cream cheese in a different bowl until the mixture is smooth
Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form
Add the whipped cream slowly while mixing it in until it's well combined
Spread the mix out evenly in the crust that has been prepared
Put chocolate that has been melted on top
Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or until it sets
