Air Fryer Crispy Pork Chops Shake and Bake Style
Ingredients:
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Put the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl
Combine well
Make sure that both sides of each pork chop are covered with the beaten eggs
Put the pork chops in the breadcrumb mixture and press it onto the chops to make it stick
Use cooking spray on the air fryer basket
Make sure the pork chops don't touch when you put them in the basket
If you flip the pork chops over halfway through the cooking time, they should be golden brown and crispy after 12 to 15 minutes
The internal temperature should reach 145F 63C
After taking them out of the air fryer, let them cool down for a few minutes
Air-fry these pork chops and serve them with your favorite sides
