Paleo Double Chocolate Mocha Cookies
Rich and luscious, these Paleo Double Chocolate Mocha Cookies are ideal for sating your chocolate cravings. They are a healthier treat option because they are grain-free, dairy-free, and paleo-friendly because they are made with almond flour and coconut sugar.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and place parchment paper on a baking sheet
Almond flour, chocolate powder, coconut sugar, coconut flour, instant coffee powder, baking soda, and salt should all be combined in a big bowl
To the dry ingredients, add vanilla extract, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil
Blend until thoroughly blended
Add the dark chocolate chips and fold
