Pineapple Shrimp Kabobs
These Pineapple Shrimp Kabobs are a perfect combination of sweet and savory flavors. Marinated shrimp, juicy pineapple, and colorful bell peppers are threaded onto skewers and grilled to perfection. Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions:
Soy sauce, honey, paprika, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl with a whisk
Cover the shrimp with the marinade, put it in the fridge for at least 15 minutes, and then serve
Warm up the grill, oven, or grill pan on the stove over medium-high heat
Put shrimp, pineapple, bell peppers, and red onion on skewers one after the other
Put the kabobs on a grill that has already been heated up or on a baking sheet if you are using the oven
Grill or bake for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every now and then, until the vegetables are soft and the shrimp is pink
