Turmeric Paprika Cauliflower Rice
This vibrant and flavorful cauliflower rice dish is seasoned with turmeric and paprika, offering a delightful twist to a classic side. It's not only gluten-free but also packed with vitamins and antioxidants from the cauliflower and spices.
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, grated into rice-like grains
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, or peas for extra flavor and color
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add grated cauliflower to the skillet and saut for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it begins to soften
Sprinkle turmeric, paprika, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower rice, and stir well to combine
Continue cooking for another 3-5 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender but still slightly firm
