Red Raspberry Smoothie



A vegan smoothie without dairy that is full of healthy things like flaxseed meal, raspberries, and chia seeds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional

Instructions:

Put everything into a blender

Mix until it's smooth

Put it in a glass and enjoy!
