Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Pesto
These pesto-marinated shrimp skewers are full of flavor and great for a summer barbecue or a quick dinner during the week. When you mix juicy shrimp with fragrant pesto, you get a tasty and easy seafood dish.
Ingredients:
- 500g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
Put the shrimp, pesto sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl
For twenty minutes, let it sit
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Using the wet bamboo skewers, thread the shrimp that has been marinated
The shrimp skewers should be cooked for two to three minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque
